Advertising on TMCR
Advertising on our station helps to pay to keep it on air. Without the generous support of businesses we would not be able to operate.
We have a range of options available to suit everyone, from a corner shop to a multi-national. You can either supply your pre-recorded advert or we can produce one for you at a very low cost, much less than you would pay with the larger stations.
What we can do
Adverts we produce will normally be 30 seconds long, they will feature your message and details using local voice talent and will be mixed with a suitable backing track. A copy of the advert will be provided on CD for your approval.
It takes about 2 weeks to arrange voice artistes and go through the production stages after we confirm your script, please bear this in mind.
When TMCR returns to the airwaves we will be contacting local businesses to try and gain more advertising than we had on the trial run in Summer 2005. Many companies wanted to know that it would be a 'proper' radio station before they advertised, we hope we showed that.
Our advertising rates will be very reasonable and we will also be offering show sponsorship.
NEW for 2007/8
We are producing a sample CD containing excerpts of the previous broadcasts and advertising, this will be made available to potential advertisers.
Included in the mailshot will be a request to pledge support to the future of our station, we want to know that there are potential advertisers out there. We know there are, and we'll be getting in touch with hundreds of businesses to help back the new station.
