The Team So, who's running TMCR?. | Lives in: | Involved since: | What they do: | Malcolm Lindley Chairman | Thorne | The start in 2005 | Chairs the meetings, make decisions, presents shows when we're on the air. Malcolm is a verteran of RSL's in Doncaster, having been part of Doncaster FM in 1997. | Bob Ashton Vice-Chair | Hatfield | Summer 2006 | Up and coming presenter, handy-man, makes good cups of tea and is also involved with the railway in the park. | Ian Harrison Treasurer | Thorne | The start in 2005 | Looks after the finances of the group, facilitates meetings, looks after legal issues. | Gordon Sharpe Secretary | Doncaster | The start in 2005 | Was station manager when we were on air. Works on hospital radio and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to radio and music. Also a veteran of several RSL's in the area and a former DJ of the Year in Doncaster. | | Tom Manson | Thorne | The start in 2005 | Tom was one of the first people through the door when we started, he did a couple of spots on the air and is looking forward to further broadcasts. Knows his stuff with the oldies music too! | | Joe Fearn | Thorne | The start in 2005 | Joe was our weekend breakfast presenter, but could often be found in the studios as he loved the place! | | Steve Wood | Doncaster | The start in 2005 | Steve did a lot of leg work to try and get adverts for the first broadcasts, he also presenter the breakfast AND a lunchtime show. Steve has worked on several other RSL's. | | + 3 | Thorne | The start in 2005 | We also have 3 under-18s on our committee, we are not allowed to name them here for legal reasons but they have provided some good input to the operation and two of them were on-air in our first broadcast. |
